Perioperative sepsis: a reading map
This page is demonstration content showing how a reading-map article is laid out.
How to use a reading map
A reading map orders material from foundational to current so that limited study hours land where they matter. Begin with definitions and scoring systems, then resuscitation principles, then source-control and organ-support topics, and finish with recent landmark trials.
Building your own version
- One line per paper: what it showed, and what it changed in practice.
- Revisit the list after each clinical rotation and mark what you have seen with your own eyes.
- Keep the list in a version-controlled file so revisions are tracked.
This demonstration carries no references on purpose; a published version would cite each entry.
