anaesthesia.ng publishes educational material for anaesthesia trainees, practitioners and educators in Nigeria and West Africa.

Review before publication

• Clinical articles are read by a practising anaesthetist before they go live.
• Every article shows its author, publication date and last-reviewed date.
• Demonstration entries are clearly labelled and are replaced after editorial review.

Sources and dates

• Each article lists the references it rests on and the date it was last reviewed.
• Examination dates, fees and regulations come from the colleges; this site links to them rather than restating them.

Corrections

• Errors reported by readers are corrected on the page, with the change noted.
• Material that cannot be verified is withdrawn rather than annotated.

Scope

The material supports learning. It does not replace local protocols, supervision or clinical judgement, and no page on this site is medical advice for an individual patient.
